It kind of looks like the one Humble Uktulki was carrying, but there’s easily a hundred heavily-armed lunatics in that room. I doubt he was the only one with a spear.
So is it just me, or was White Chain incapacitated by a similar attack back in Hell 71? Or is this time different since they stabbed her in forehead instead of the eye?
I was under the impression that those needles were special. Sort of like how the Concord angels used a stake (needle?) to eject White Chain from her body again when Michael ordered her punishment.
You’ll find that the difference lies in this being a mundane weapon, rather than Vacus needles, which Liminal Blossom wielded, and which were used to banish White Chain on 2 Michael’s order. They are terribly dangerous to both Angels and Devils, but not others.
A spear wielded by a skilled warrior? Not nearly so damaging.
The thorn knight’s weapon reminds me one of my acquaintances, Misho of the Keychains. Though instead of eyes, the Twilight had installed multiple high power Essence cannons. I wonder how this one avoids the rays of his own weapon, given the speed of its rotation.
This whole comic has been a very persuasive case for one of the core tenants of anarchism: that hierarchy itself is oppression, that the very act of holding power over someone else is an inherent act of violence.
I really impressed after read this because of some quality work and informative thoughts . I just wanna say thanks for the writer and wish you all the best for coming!.
Imaging the millennia of warfare that must have been reminiscent of this paints a nice picture of the extreme bloodshed that must have made rivers in its wake.
BUT WHO WAS SPEAR?

i was trying to prAY YOU JERKS
AHAHAHAHA The glorious clash of swords, the battle of no wits! I haven’t had this much fun since… well, yesterday, when a fool was turned into a tree!
I do mourn the loss of such fine instruments of tea, however. I knew a few of those kettles quite well.
I had not anticipated this.
As the powerful being that I am considered to be, my advice to all involved would be to flee as fast as possible.

You’re gonna have a bad time.
Oh, White Chain’s armor does have teeth.

It should be noted that in the last frame in which White Chain speaks, they block somewhere between four and six blows in the same instant.
