Can a worm revolt against another worm if all worms are controlled by one big mind? If it’s soemthing like hive mind variety and main Gog mind is their Queen then it should be impossible, or it is just another act.
That’s the thing, the main gog mind is all of them and none of them at once. The queen is whatever body she is currently inhabiting or directly controlling while interacting with the world, and she can have multiple of those as seen during the arena arc. Here, it seems like she might be controlling everybody in the theatre to sone extent besides neoCio and Allison, along with everybody else outside.

Another thing I’ve said before is that the time she’s spent here is unclear. How old is she really? And how much time passed while she was away from Throne proper?

She doesn’t have the dreams of a generic love interest, or those of a classic hero. Allison has no interest in completing the heroes journey. To her, the wheel keeps turning and the story doesn’t end.
Because to seek an end is to prove yourself unworthy of Royalty.
All the others seek a way to put down their crown, Demiurge and Conquering King alike.
There is only the road without a destination, the chase without an end.
