Hey wait, that’s not just a fuckhuge godship. That’s a fuckhuge godship and a sky full of enemy godships of potentially equal size. This must be the middle army.
So all this is happening, and meanwhile I’m busy looking and Solitary Delerium’s “Technique of relief” and thinking…..
My man…. Serious Dad really did do a fucking good job here.
Like… not sure how to take that in terms of themes and symbolizm and shit, but “Locked down the big bad for three whole years” is some serious business.
When I blew the image up to examine I noticed that swords are flying out of Siviran’s head. All of those seem to be larger ships than Alison’s fleet can muster. It’s a Carrier.
I also assume all the ships above it headed to our 1-oclock are the middle army formerly led by Maya.
What Incubus does not know is that White Chain has landed larger fish than this before.
Imagine showing up to a fight with a lady who can cut through anything in a boat they can’t possibly miss. Abbadon is crazy drawing such a huge and intricate set piece only for it to get cut in half in only (rolls self) about 3 pages.
