Never step in your own footprint. This is the most grievous sin I can imagine.”

Huge misplay with the thought bubbles.
Beware… the human-annelid hybrids grow more sophisticated by the minute. You do not.
Now what we really need is to feed the worm to Metatron. Gog Agog becomes the scribe of God
Gog cute. Can’t explain why, but this form of her is very nice. Would let her kill me 10/10
Like, hey, how bad could eating a worm be? No worse than eating a 3 day old sandwich probably. And there’s less of it to eat, so really, it’s probably better overall.
Do not walk in the footsteps of wise men
Seek what they sought.
audience really losing it for this page, i see
(its me)
(im audience)
I never noticed now similar Allison and Gog look until this page… I just think that’s interesting
A worm is a worm of course of course
And no one can eat up a worm of course.
That is of course unless the worm
Is the famous Gog Agog!
Her pitch is still pretty bad. In the last dialogue, she shown both how much she loathes and how quickly she destroys her constituent bodies, as well as how awful it is to repeat the cycle endlessly. Then she asks Allison if she wants to be part of it.
Our dear Gog Agog certainly is a mass of contradictions, which actually makes sense when you consider she – or rather they, in the truest sense of the word – are a hive mind of zillions.
But they regularly manifest as a single entity, or a number of single entities, like these various TV hosts, when interacting with others who ARE single entities, in this case, Allison.
Goggy-baby seems flighty & scattered because she IS scattered, everywhere. She contains multitudes, all imbued with her sense of self, and thus vying for the limelight against each other. Talk about a split personalities! I would not want to be Gog Agogs therapist. You’d be dealing with the ultimate unpredictable client(s).
The thought balloon has bothered some of us, and I believe it’s the only one ever for KSBD. So it IS a departure of form, but if anyone can break the mold, it’s Gog Agog. I take it as this particular iteration of Gog-A-rooney snapping to something momentous, but the rest of her…
OK, y’know, now my head hurts. This hive mind thing is a total mind-fuck.
Needless to say, the worm offer is a shit deal & an attempt to take Allison off the board & stick her in the same endless series of cycles that’s driven Gog Agog batshit crazy.
So everyone all together: “Just say NO, Allison! Say NO!!!”
Friends don’t let friends eat worms.
It appears even Gog-a-Gog believes in Tomboy Supremacy.
Happy Birthday!
I just realized. Kate McKinnon will absolutely be playing Gog in the movie version. Was that already Forum Canon?
still, i feel bad for gog’s component parts, the lucky fools who ate the worm, only to be killed in her arbitrary games. i hope their consciousness was long ago vanquished, at the moment of worm’s eating, and not snuffed out with the worm’s whim in some nightmarish pageant. i hope they did not ride along in horror, unable to preserve themselves. let the first release be the final one. let them not know what purpose they played from there.
You know they knew what’s going on … Gog just makes them “happy” about it. She’s a cardinal sin, remember?
I think each body is equal, and becomes caught up to speed as quickly as a mind’s bandwidth can allow. They are all gog, and they are all who they were before, who are now gog. Is it death to become part of an average?
Thus, I believe that eating the worm does kill your self instantly, not by extinguishing it but by putting it alongside equals, and that once that happens it won’t matter to you/gog what happens to that body, because it’s just one and expendable.
The bodies aren’t bodies, not are they dead. These are worm-constructs, which can be broken down and reformed effortlessly by Gog. A mass of worms does not have a neck to break, and bullets are only going to kill a few of them – the mass survives.
I think when people accept the worm from Gog, she generally leaves it dormant in them. Sure, she’ll make them happy, keep the body healthy, take whatever she likes from their memories, and probably influence them to further her cause. Still they remain their own person, until the time comes when they are more useful to Gog as meat. Then comes the full conversion.
Never trust anyone willing to slay so many attractive sentient bodies for mere wasteful whimsy … that’s just common sense.
If anyone lacks the will to not be cut, it’s the one who’s regularly taking out her avatars for a joke. If Al-Yisun wants to cut Gog-Agog, Gog-Agog will be cut. That’s certain.
Has anyone given thought to the idea that this might not be the first time Agog offered the worm? And if any of the previous folks accepted, then what happened to them?
How did Agog get this current face in the first place? From random combinations or a previous accepted offer?
Take the worm
I think Gog may be making a mistake.
She’s severely underestimating Alison’s strength of will I have a feeling that if Alison eats the worm, she’s not the one who’s going to be overwritten.
Or maybe that’s what Gog is counting on. An eternity as a mad clown must seem like purgatory to her. Perhaps being Alison will be more exciting.
If we believe Gog, e is not planning to overwrite Alison, just upload her to store for the next iteration. Though, i don’t believe Gog would be having thought bubbles. If e’s just “thinking aloud”, this “thought” might be a lie and a part of a screenplay, and then worming Alison is not even supposed to happen (not like Alison have taken the demiurge’s offer at any other demiurge. Gog must realise it).
Gog’s offer is a contradiction. They JUST got done telling Allison that in all other cycles her character was ‘basically meat’. A second chance, a second cycle… no guarantee she’d be so different and unique again. She wouldn’t be THIS Allison anymore, she’d likely be another body on the sidelines again.
I wonder how many of Gog’s bodies are former ‘might have been’ victors, who took this very same offer.
Gog, you know that won’t work.
It hasn’t worked yet.
Idiots
I know you gave her those “Frog Eyes” to indicate her alienness itself was disturbed, but I think an insect’s compound facets would have made more sense, in context. Frogs have those weird pupils to cancel out the effect of water refraction as they sit in water with their eyes halfway out looking for bugs & predators above, but also looking for them below. It has the effect of making the air & water seem seamless to the frog.
No insect has eyes like that, however.
You know, I’m under the impression that the rule of the Maybe Sword that will kill anything that doesn’t have enough will to live might supercede Gog’s infinite bodies and infinite lifes, and Gog might know this on instinct
hbd!!!
