I wonder if Gog has lived through this multiple times, and the reason they fail is this point?
The expressions of this style are hard to discern, so I can’t tell if she’s forcing that smile out of annoyance or sadness, but it seems like she’s not particularly invested in surviving the end of the multiverse, which can mean but one of two things
She survives no matter what
Or she’s terribly suicidal
Or, she knows she’s going to die as well, but she’s willing to risk her death and that of the entire multiverse to force the recognition/appreciation that means more to her jealous self/selves than continued survival.
They are not hesitating because Gog is in the way, it’s because they need her strength. I wonder who the reconciliation will come from: Solomon? Mottom? Jadis?
[It is all that makes this one up, after all. The dreams and fears of other places, here we are.]
It’s the only thing to do. <3 <3 Y'can have an awesome life know great shit is happening even if it ain't happenin' to you, or… you can do somethin' else, dunno what, lack the experience to opine. <3
Gog seems caught between the Deus Angst Machina / Diabolus ex Machina tropes, when they should really all be using the Power of Friendship!
C’mon folks, throw her a bone. Give the poor worm some love and everything will turn out alright!
… and are Maya / Jadis ever going to join the fight?
i mean, they do need her. she’s literally holding jagganoth in place so they can spear the guy… probably also gonna suffer biomass loss from the spear when it’s thrown. really, she’s the only one who is losing stuff in this fight aside from solomon and his city getting splat out of existence.
so, yeah. if the response isn’t something along the lines of “obviously, yes, we do need you. wanna help throw the spear?” i’ma be a bit miffed.

Could very well be both. After all: The mass is immortal. The mass remembers.
Or, she knows she’s going to die as well, but she’s willing to risk her death and that of the entire multiverse to force the recognition/appreciation that means more to her jealous self/selves than continued survival.
That would qualify under “terribly suicidal”.
But with the next page up, I know it is answer A.
Worm off the string, what apocalypse will she bring in?
Hopeless pessimists who have forgotten the tale of this turn of the Wheel is different tsk tsk
I was right! They all grab the spear!
Now the real question is, can anyone figure out what the youtube link alt text is supposed to be?
Huh, I posted a link to it but it got caught by the spam filter I think, it’s Meshuggah apparently.
You can inspect element on the first image and the link is there to copy.
I made the same mistake in trying to post the link for those who couldn’t grab it from the image.
Seems links can’t get through at all.
Hunger pads your feet,
the salty and the sweet,
just don’t forget to eat
Throw. Throw it now.
She’ll survive anyway.

… Kinda don’t care, since I am fairly certain that once the current big bad is dealt with, Gog is going to be the next big bad.
Throw.
Throw it now.
Who is humble enough to say it besides the fusion-threesome? Because the demiurges have egos as big as their powers on the whole.
none shall stop us from taking our place in the sun, it has begun.
“OF COURSE WE DO, GOG-AGOG! You’re part of the team!!”
Ah, what a perfect world it would be. <3
<3
keep imagining those better branches of the multiverse, it's all that keeps us going

Beware.
This is a contract.
R-E-S-P-E-C-T
find out what it means to Gog
I mean, that’s fair. It’s not too much to ask.
“…He could do it, you know. He really could. And all it takes is one little crack between the other six of us.” — Nadia Om, Wielder of Swords 4-76.
Looks like the alliance of Mottom, Solomon and Jadis didn’t pay attention to the cracks forming in Gog. And now they pay the price for it.
Such a pity that the price of their negligence is this entire cycle of the Wheel.
But at this point they seem to have realized that they could not do it without AlliChainCio, so all bets are off, neh?
Also, Mammon has hands, so why isn’t he grabbing the spear? It’s not like his flames have had any effect…
He does??? Where?
Well, he has paws, at the end of his front legs. I’m certain something could be arranged.
I wonder when the sovereign’s spear is cast if Jadis will move to block its path.
Could her ageless prison withstad the might of Chaos and 5 demiurges?
The glass may shatter and we may yet see Jadis in battle like in the ancient days of yore.

Why dont they just shoot, arent its just one out of the billions of bodies of gog agog?
For literal Gods’ sakes, please tell The Worm what she wants to hear, I’m begging you.
“God I SWEAR to fuck is this a ‘I have issues’ thing or an ‘I’m betraying you’ thing????”
GG everone, it was a good try but the worm is asking for the impossible. Better luck next time Zoss.
I wonder what Gog Agog would think of Oogie Boogie.
What if they just punched a hole through her?
I can empathize, gog.
Woah, the colors of Gog’s outfit, red for Jagg, green for her storm of green flesh, and chalk white for the arena.
She’s been coordinated for the finale this whole time. Maybe.
Well-chosen for the flags of Italy or Hungary. Goulash spaghetti, anyone? 😆
Though come to think of it, vermicelli would certainly be more appropriate.
Even a worm will turn.
