I kinda forgot Nukoku was present, haven’t seen much of her. And I see Incubus is fighting Maya not only with swords, but shitty philosophy too. I think the winner, when it comes time for the cut, is quite obvious.
What is she waiting for I wonder. My guess would be she needs a cut which splits Inky’s head in two but hasn’t been presented with the right opportunity yet.
Also, what happens to the furies and their lesser keys when their master dies I wonder…
The last panel’s background is an overhead shot – the second tails of the dialogue bubbles are pointing to where they’re standing from that perspective.
Also love the two girlies who’ve sacrificed their flesh fully to reach new heights on one side, and the two girlies that evolved past divine rigidity into something greater in the other – both in matching colours.
Perhaps the cut she is making is not with her sword. Alison has just been challenged by Incubus’s emissaries, but not Incubus himself. Maya is presenting herself as bait. The kind of bait that Incubus cannot resist, and so she is keeping him from where he needs to be if he wants to WIN. Because while he wants to win, he wants Maya to lose MORE.
6 billion cuts!
She’s just lining up the highlight reel trickshot 360-no-scope round ending meti-get-the-camera cut. By YISUN there will be airhorns and snoop dogg
Nukoku returns !
“What are you gonna do, cut me?”

Breaking: local man is surprised when cut in half by local Bald Baddy. More at 10
Sword loki is about to become string cheese.
What make a perfect haircut? – 6 billion cuts in one continuous motion, yet careful enough not to behead. That is why the best barber is always bold.
All the build up. The story, the masters, the perfect sword… and I just don’t believe Inkie has it in him.

The detail of all the cuts on the ship face is magnificent. He really is a terrible swordsman

Whats up with their word bubbles? Why are they pointing both ways?

They’re pointing to them in a zoomed out shot of them on the ship and their close-up shots
Maya you need to be a worse swordswoman remember?
Also, I wonder if new coke ended up with greed’s key influence since she stole it way back when.
