WHEEL SMASHING LORD 3-70 to 3-71
Chapter: 3
The song of loving – the song of strength. The heart-armor, blood red, that withstands all obstacles.
Set this in your center like pillar of star-iron – You exist.
Oh lover mine, oh enemy mine, you will stand erect forever. Nothing will blow you over.
Relish in your self-same violence. You exist. That should be enough.
-Spasms

As Vince McMahon, the Mad Tyrant of the Gorilla Walk once said:”It was me, Austin. It was me all along!”
And now back to Throne´s Deadliest Catch.
REMEMBER ME, ED-Y-UN
When you look underneath
and there’s two sets of teeth
THATS A MORAYYYYYYY
You can’t close on this narwhal
“It was me! I was the turkey all along!”
-Invader Zim
Ohhh fine, I thought it was going to be Maya, but that’s also a very solid guess.
Also, considering she’s The Mass, does she represent What is – as in exists and can’t be denied, yet still not everything that Isn’t ?
That fish out here tryin’ to steal Mammon’s moves!
YEAHHHH FISH TIME
Oh, hi Gog Agog domain expansion, DID YOU SEE THE FISH!?
In the first age, in the first battle, when the shadows first lengthened, one stood. Burned by the embers of Armageddon, her soul blistered by the fires of the stolen words of god and tainted beyond ascension, she chose the path of perpetual worms. In her ravenous envy she found no peace; and with wormy blood she scoured the 77,777 universes seeking amusement from the Demiurges who had wronged her. She wore the crown of the word Beast, and those that tasted the bite of her worms named her… your pal, Gog-Agog.
The only thing they fear is worms
Truth, the Beast is magnificingly horrorsome and all-encompassing! Seer, fool, mantis, worm; a radio tower bothly broadcasterating and receiving!
Mandible arms: Handibles.
Mind planet at the center of a praying insect demiurge: Manticore.
You’re welcome
The Emperor Worm. Makes me think of Leto II, but so much more grotesque, more powerful, and more saddening.
Sadder than Leto? Only if she has similarly fallen in love at least twice. Given how she’s infected with very powerful envy, that’s plausibly happened at some point.
I actually like this comment more than most of them. GAG (gog agog) is actually very similar to leto. He was made from sand trout, and had a consciousness so immense that when he died, it was spread out and made the sandworms intelligent to a degree that they were not. I believe GAG is using a similar cycle here where she collects her consciousness after the world ends. She slowly reforms herself, the tiniest mote of herself on each of the worms. The more they put themselves together, the more conscious she becomes. Thus she survives forever, vacillation between tiny and big consciousness. She is an cycle of creation in and of herself. I think the primary conflict here will be convincing her that this time is any different, because for her, it is not.
When Brian FINALLY got around to making the ONLY remaining sequel that I think his father actually intended to write (MAYBE with an appendix covering Ominous & the Machine war in more detail), I was flabbergasted that he had the resurrected little Leto just up & commit suicide.
WHAT???
Now, IF he had asked, “can you resurrect my beloved?”, & they were then unable to find any surviving samples of her to grow her from, MAYBE, maybe he couldn’t go on without her? But even without her, he’s human again & able to live out & experience a normal human life! It would last another 90 years at most, a drop in the bucket compared to his previous existence. Maybe his new memories would have then given the worms more insight into the human condition, bringing us even closer together.
I just KNOW Frank wouldn’t have done that to him.
I don’t think Brian’s claims to have his father’s outline is a lie, but I think he’s exaggerated how completely it was & it sure as hell didn’t cover everything he’s done. I liked Machine Crusade, enough that I think it was based on a real appendix of his father’s, but the rest of the prequels are shit.
The excerpt from the Spasms, I think, is YIS and UN’s first words to one another
“Am I supposed to be impressed? All you’ve told me is that you’re the longest lived loser there ever was.”
TBH. I love Gog but I’m just like “So? What about it?” And I get that part of it is that she is greedy and scorned and self-centered. That makes her interesting, at least.
I don’t think she’s supposed to be impressed, exactly. Just sad. Gog Agog dances to mourn what was lost.
Got-Agog looks like I had always avoided imagining one of Mieville’s slake moths might look!! Amazing and terrifying!!
GOG
John Carpenter’s The Gog
I would really like to see “final forms” for all of the demiurges one day. We’ve seen Jagannoth, Mottom, and now Gog-Agog, but it’d be cool to see some concept art of what it looks like when Mammon and Solomon go freaky-deaky and mantle their transcendent cores, now that they’re dead and crippled respectively.
No idea what Incubus’ would be, but Jadis’ final form is probably just like, a chaise lounge or something.
I 100% agree that would be great.
Don’t think Davy would have one though, his whole thing was being perfect and immutable. Having another, better body he only take on special occasions goes against his ego.
I concur. To take on a more powerful form would be to admit to the imperfection of the current form, which Solomon would be loath to do.
I suspect that Mammon would similarly lack a more powerful form. He derived his power from his wealth and great size. He never demonstrated much in the way of mystic power. ‘Big Lizard’ was likely the only form available to him.
Alright, fine I admit it!
I can’t fix her…

if only there were a way to look back to such a thing… on some sort of archive… with some kind of machine… this was known, but the full details have been utterly lost. if only one knew how to restore such knowledge to its fullest…
Are you talking about the machine that was created to see the shape of the universe?
This person is talking about the MSPA forum adventure iteration of KSBD, where a male demon lord named Gog-Agog the King of Worms compelled that version of Allison to kill his bitter rival the demon lord Baal and to become powerful enough to do the deed she needed to: Kill Six Billion Demons.
Sorry, forgot to clarify that the machine being alluded to is “The Wayback Machine” which is a feature of Internet Archive that lets you access dead sites in some capacity.
So, Gog’s basline mortal creature origins is as a carnivorous cicada?
17 years eating carrion as larvae before becoming a flying menace that could hunt and devour animals alive that failed to escape the forests out into the plains, rivers & forests?
It’s hard to tell for sure whether her baseline origins were human or some insectoid servant.
The insectoid appearance could be a result of choosing the worm.
I think she was always a hive mind of arthropods, like the aliens in “Ender’s Game”. She prefers to stay a larval form since she gave up trying to stay on top after it was clearly impossible to stop Zoss from resetting everything. Larval squishiness is more malleable.
“Gog-Agog has always been worms. They weren’t always sapient. They’re something I’d call a literal ‘walking tragedy’.” (С)
She’s larval insects, not a TRUE worm, taxonomicly speaking, that seemed clear to me from the first close up of a “worm”, but is absolutely confirmed in this image of her past self in an adult form. Otherwise her ultimate form would be more like a giant leech, I think.
Now, how did they acquire sapience? I think they have always been a hive mind but were initially no smarter altogether than a wolf, but still very smart compared to other social insects.
I think instead of just eating carrion mindlessly like maggots, they learn to absorb data patterns from the dead animal’s brains, if they were consumed very fresh. It was a long time before they figured out how to coordinate the fragments into useful patterns, but once they did, the things they learned made them SO much more formidable. By the time they consumed the Envious women, they were already a nasty force to be reckoned with, and were able to make sense of her mind & personality almost instantly. I think her persona became the cornerstone of her being & this, her most common humanoid projection, is based on that envious woman’s form.
I think she stopped being so envious after getting stuck in the loop a few hundred times, getting that “Phil Conners” kind of humility. However, that didn’t end the cycles, so she just resorted to becoming a jester, laughing at the absurdity of existence.
Fear not eternity. Fear what comes after.
Women want me, fish sear me
My guess was right? My another guess: she stopped being the first EXACTLY because she learned how to store memories from previous iterations. “Congratulations, you did a perfect 100% run! Now we released a minor patch so your save files are all corrupted. New game?”
That’s actually a very interesting take. I love that idea.
So anyway, here are a couple of nicknames for this form of our very best pal gog-agog:
tzeentch-agog
Gog-but-she’s-even-prettier
The archclown
The average ai “art” enjoyer
Don’t insult Gog by comparing her to ai “art” fans, she’s(they’s?) drawn symmetrical, complex and consistent. Though yes, Agog resembles AI generators (there are currently more ai generated pictures than real photographs, and since that research was 2 years ago, ai must be just #1 in number of pictures by now)
That… incredibly, incredibly depressing.
AI represents a resurgence & refinement of at least ONE real art form: WORD SMITHING. That’s something at least.
Oh yeah, writing 3 sentences in a box is most certainly word smithing. Not, say, writing a whole story by yourself, Nope, writing those 3 sentences is it.
