Allison is suffering from a serious break in her first romantic relationship (I am purposely leaving out that shmuck from page 1). She’s still a child, though near-godly. One must make allowances. Auntie Agog will be along presently to save the day.
Poor White Chain, though. Having one of those dreams where you’re naked in front of everyone.
I can’t help noticing the Thorn Knights are wearing codpieces. Seems like an odd accessory for angels, but I suppose they’re odd angels.
On todays episode ”Allison is a cunt to everyone”.
… but has a point.
No, she doesn’t. Any point she might have had was invalidated due to the reason behind her attitude. “My girlfriend didn’t want to come with me to fight one – possibly two gods. Even though I already hurt her once by forcing her back into the fight already, and she was finally starting to heal from it.”
Unbearably, unreasonably childish and selfish. This Allison is many steps back. No wisdom is involved in this attitude of hers. She’s lashing out, throwing away her teaching and focus and what meager skill she managed to gather up. She was already not ready for this contest to begin with, and now this.
And yes, this whole thing in general is most likely a terrible idea. I don’t argue that.
I did say she has *a* point, not that she was right in general. Specifically, White Chain could stand to show a little more… self confidence, I guess?
Allison being Wrong does not make Chain right.

Considering the Tale of Ys-Prim and the Mendicant Knight, I guess it’s understandable that she would be teaching self-defense classes.

I’ll be completely honest I find myself increasingly annoyed with Allison and Cio. I have wildly different reasons for each of them but still they are both getting on my nerves.
