In most contexts, the concept of good denotes the conduct that should be preferred when posed with a choice between possible actions. Good is generally considered to be the opposite of evil, and is of interest in the study of morality, ethics, religion and philosophy. The specific meaning and etymology of the term and its associated translations among ancient and contemporary languages show substantial variation in its inflection and meaning depending on circumstances of place, history, religious or philosophical context.
Bearer of the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word “BLADE”, the word… you get the idea.
This comic is a case study in what’s happening in the instance of now. Ninety nine percent of this universe has been forever discarded behind as our sorority girl has traveled from point Inception to point Now. Ninety nine percent of empty disposable past. So, where the Hell is Maya?
I doubt she’d do just that, in a burning city just below, having withnessed the biggest firework in the sky you’ll ever get to see. But I do wonder what the hell she’s doing there right now.
She got a floating ship somewhere. All of the guilds got one. That should work… I’m not sure if she’s a demiurge or ‘just’ a guild leader. The demiurges don’t even need a vehicle for a flight…
If you killed her down to a small enough number of worms and then started killing them one at a time, she’d lose sapience and then sentience slowly and agonizingly as you killed worms one by one.
She would have needed whatever critical-worm-mass to gain the hive mind, but who’s to say that now she has her key as well, that she couldn’t keep her sentience and sapience down to the last worm?
The sanctuary at the center of the multiverse is named Throne. Seven lords of infinity have dared to bottle the martyr that is God, using their bodies to direct ash, heat, and light through the Arts. On this day Passion and Hatred, twin torchbearers, do battle to end this age.
History will bleed and scar today. Ashes from an ailing past and many unborn futures will shroud worlds! May this volcano’s eruption someday end.
Heat enough to revive the forgefather Koss’s place of power will come for one and all. May we aspire to survive as more than deserts and glass.
Light, intangible and the bane of comforting shadows, will scour stars until the sky is bloodstained in auroras. Perhaps the darkness will sell us new eyelids to hide the radiant art of Royalty.
The old Law is broken; may the new Law, born of swords, work for the rights of all rather then rend through all souls deemed wrong.
Agreed. It’s awkward to have an omniscient character in a narrative, except as a cameo. I think Jadis gives up her life support, defeats Jagganoth by telling him the absolute truth about himself (the deadliest thing a woman can do to a man) and then dies happy.
It was mentioned “she most sincerely wishes to die”, I assume it crystalized around her as she witnesses Everything and is as indestructible as Jagganoth’s nails
But the binding is still there! That little sparkle is proof that Team Three Banger is going to get at least one good shot in. Whether it helps or not is another question entirely.
The only sparkle I see here is Jagg’s one good eye, since he’s crossed his arms to shield the binding. A precaution that perhaps indicates that it *could* work… but will prevent any chance to even try, I fear.
True, you can’t see it in this picture but Abbadon has been carefully displaying it for a long time, and Aspected Chaos is holding her mystical ice pick… I can’t believe we aren’t going to see some action based on that.
is this good

Thank you, Lieutenant Commander.
How Zoroastrian.
then no, not good
It’s when things are, like, chill and stuff.
Good in this case I think would be anything that doesn’t involve getting skewered by one of the toad stickers yon Jagganoth wields.
It’s not ideal.
It’s rather bad, as the spear has too many cubits to reangle upward quickly.
Bearer of the word “BLADE” indeed.
Also of Works and Unlimited
now define bofa

He’s very well armed?
I’ll get me coat.
Your coat of arms?
Yup. Blades akimbo.
Looks like bearer of the word(s) BODY SLAM.
Allison and friends appear to have whiffed, dropping the combo. And now they must ride the pain train.
Yes
YES
The jagganoth is out
Can he destroy his cage, and make unholy undivision?
thank you 🙂
Wowzers
Trousers
Bowsers?
Bowser’s Floral Trousers?
Welp, there goes Allison’s arm and eye.
That’s so oddly specific that I’m sure it’s referencing something I don’t know about
Oh, wait, the chapter cover art, got it.
Sort of.
Looking back, I find it interesting that jadis seems free in that art
I am in fact anxious to see how it develops since that cover art. She is not only free, she’s young again.
Jadis and Maya are taking too long to do something. They’re giving me an ulcer.
vriska
Time for extreme acupuncture I suppose

She’s busy being drunk and eating noodles, filling the instance of now with the little pleasures instead of the only true pleasure: to cut
I doubt she’d do just that, in a burning city just below, having withnessed the biggest firework in the sky you’ll ever get to see. But I do wonder what the hell she’s doing there right now.
Look, even when you’re *really* good with a sword, jumping up into space is pretty hard.
Girl needs some prep time.
She got a floating ship somewhere. All of the guilds got one. That should work… I’m not sure if she’s a demiurge or ‘just’ a guild leader. The demiurges don’t even need a vehicle for a flight…
It’s fine, Allison. You’ve got this.
This is fine
X GON’ GIVE IT TO YA
FUCK WAITIN’ FOR YOU TO GET IT ON YOUR OWN,
X GON’ DELIVER TO YA
KNOCK KNOCK, OPEN UP THE DOOR, IT’S REAL
WIT’ DA NON-STOP POP POP OF STAINLESS STEEL
GO HARD GETTIN’ BUSY WIT IT
Actually Jagganoths only do this when they are extremely distressed
Gog must be hunted down and killed to the last worm.
It’s also possible that Mottom might learn to be polite to the people she depends on for her very survival… /s
Oink-flap.
Leaving when one is asked to leave is hardly worthy of a death sentence, it’s definetly possible she should have one but that’s unrelated.
If you killed her down to a small enough number of worms and then started killing them one at a time, she’d lose sapience and then sentience slowly and agonizingly as you killed worms one by one.
Bold of you to assume you can kill her faster than she can reproduce.
She would have needed whatever critical-worm-mass to gain the hive mind, but who’s to say that now she has her key as well, that she couldn’t keep her sentience and sapience down to the last worm?
Sure, kill the worm for wanting some validation from her peers who constantly disrespect her, that seems perfectly reasonable.

“Parry this.”
“YOU FILTHY CASUAL”
“Rare footage of Daigo actually angry.”
“LET’S GO JUSTIN!”
To Be Continued.
Jadis, you’re up. Maybe the blows will break her prison.
Do we actually information on what it is? It always seemed more like a preservation tank to me, like life support.

*dodge roll*
And with this, I utter the ‘welp’ heard ’round the Wheel.
*pauses and turns to the camera*
So…
ME BODY ONCE TOLD ME
THE WORLD IS GONNA ROLL ME
*record scratch* You’re probably wondering how I got into this situation…
And all around the wheel, a great “D’ululul” was heard, and there was much tugging on shirt collars.
Only a lad, you really can’t blame him
Only a lad, society made him
He’s underprivileged and abused
Perhaps a little bit confused…
Abbadon said on Twitter this fight ends very conclusively. At this point, is there anything to make of that other than they’re all just gonna die?
But the binding is still there! That little sparkle is proof that Team Three Banger is going to get at least one good shot in. Whether it helps or not is another question entirely.

Nice one there Mottom.
The wheel turns
“Alright, but if we *had* won then that would have been cool.”
