I wonder if this is like Zeus in the birth of Dionysius, where the gods have true forms that are so intense it kills mortals within their vicinity… except with a much larger range seeing as they had to get off the freaking planet.
The wheel is old and needs to die. All old things become corrupt and must pass or be wasted. The children of Yis and Un knew this and each sang a new world as they died. The angels know this. Their reincarnation prevents stagnation. The wheel has reached the limit of its senility and must evolve or perish.
Or… be reset! Zoss has saved the wheel countless times, as an angel being reborn, hoping for a spark of the new. The angels and the wheel are slow to change, but dear White chain gives us hope that a miracle might happen.
The old Conquering King, flanked by Metatron and Himself, must pass. The heir must ascend. But not to universal tyranny as before. In the tears of Yisun we have our answer: The wheel must be broken. In division there is new life. Our Allison with her white and black flames may be the one to do it.
I could have a whole year worth of updates of the demiurges showing the diverse confines of their powers, many of them probably as abstract figures my unworthy eyes could not process, and I woudn’t complain a single day.
Since this is the final arc, I am in no hurry for this fight to end.
COME! THE STUDIO ALREADY PAID FOR 15 MORE EPISODES OF THIS ANIME, AND IT’S THE FINAL SEASON! DID YOU THINK WE WOULD NOT DRAG OUT THIS BOSS FIGHT FOR ITS ENTIRETY?!?!
Seriously, though, this is so dramatic and overstated, I’m putting my money on Aspected Chaos subverting our expectations by figuring out some way of cutting the fight short, through diplomacy or otherwise.
It just occurred to me, on the eve of Round 2, that Jadis’ prophecy stated that Zaid is the heir and that he will be flanked by a white and black flame and followed by 108 burning stars – HOWEVER, because Allison is the heir apparent it would stand to reason that other parts of the prophecy might go off-trail as well.
I wonder, how much has Allison changed the prophecy? Will the 7 demiurges still die?
I should think so. Kill Six Billion Demons began as a forum adventure, in the vein of MSPaint Adventures. It’s only fitting that it return to its roots.
By the way, if they all knew this day will come, why didnt they already prepeared a billion enchanted nukes? Their plan really was trying to beat him up and hope it works?
That’s kinda the point of being a demiurge, you can punch a lot harder than a nuke and it becomes a trivial matter to avoid or withstand them. Despite this, Jagganoth is the one most likely to have nukes.
Abandon says that she is the strongest, on account of being genius and legion. But Gog-Agog is hampered by her near incoherence and emotional instability.
A real fancy way of saying “Come at me!”
Instructions unclear transcendent core mantled on ceiling fan.

May she change us all.
First, there was one. Then division into two.
Now, we have the three made one.
Perhaps division has run its course, and it is time to try something different.
Take a bite out of crime.
Jaggonoth better not be a woman -_-;
Not sure what this comment is trying to imply.
Methinks Cute Doggy is referring to Juggernaut Star.
Into the Void
Oh. We’re done declaiming? Lovely.
Time for thumb wrestling?

Can’t wait to actually discover that gog-agog is the most powerful demiurge who will defeat Jagganoth.
Kaaa….

SEPULCHRITUDE.

I wonder if the 108 are Mayas followers this cycle
They have explicitly been called the 108 pursuers, so I’d assume so.
Everything always returns to Problem Sleuth.

Wait…is he an Eidolon?
“This isn’t even my final form”

Because they’ve all become indolent, or decayed, or otherwise lost in their own various sins.
… Except maybe Gog-Agog who I deeply suspect is the most dangerous thing in that arena right now.
