Yours is the second comment I’ve read with that prediction. What an awful Xmas present that would be! But it is interesting, all this speculation coming from the cover picture. Similarly the creepy shadowy figure behind Jadis.
The cover version of Alison visually matches the one shown in the bonus image at the namedrop. It is likely that that version of her comes from a “bad future” one that zoss is trying to prevent.

What’s Jagganoth’s imortality hack? Mottom had the fruit. Mammon is naturally long-lived. Solomon uses Ki Rata. Gog doesn’t need individual bodies to survive. Incubus seems to be some kind of vampire. Jadis is probably using tech (possibly cryogenic, but but could be generic QF). What’s Jagganoth’s gig?
Possibly he’s become a kind of angry ghost who hangs around out of sheer cussedness until his purpose is fulfilled.
Come to that, what would be Allison’s immortality hack, should she want one?
Jagganoth died long ago. What use does a dead man have for immortality?

Cio blaming Allison for Jaggonoth’s attack is petty and wrong. If Allison had not joined the tournament and done nothing at all Jaggermeister still would have caused all this destruction and death.
