You say that, but paper can be recycled. Truly, what better form of reincarnation than from tome to toilet tissue? In many ways an improvement, if a fleeting one.
That makes sense, as I, in my haste, switched the “l” and “h” in the adress, and was redirected to a pinterest account wth only Japanese characters, no images, and a text that, once translated, talked about clothing and apparel, and “oneness clothing”, I believe. Quite esoteric, but not quite relevant. Unless the Art is an aspect of such oneness clothing and apparel.
There’s a great deal of collagen fibers in bones. I imagine an ent-wizard would know the proper means of making gelatinous “paper”, drying it, sealing it against moisture, and binding it for magical use.
Alternatively, the Ent-Wizard could make the pages from the fibers of animal hair. But that’s less metal. Or they could make the pages from sheets of skin, as was once done.
Vellum, as noble Cruxador suggests one might use, is precisely sheets made from the hides of animals. Normally sheep or cattle, but I imagine one could use nearly any sort of skin, if properly prepared.
This fool eagerly awaits when the small witch ascends to a more powerful color, skills are importance yes but one needs the raw power to make them effective in these lands of warlords and assassins.
I also wonder, is this a piece of paper that thinks it’s a bird, or a bird that thinks it’s a piece of paper? We may be seeing the shadowy influence of Ys-Voya in this style of the Art.
It was that easy to get her out of there all the time?!
Well, yes. But the easiest path is often the least interesting, no?

…Don’t tell the Book-headed one I said that.
You realize this is a public forum and the “book-head” will see this, yes?
This will be most amusing.
You will soon understand how heaven can be reached through violence, you.
Birds huh. That was an interesting google search.
As far as I can tell, the text for today is a tinyurl that directs to a Google search for “birds”.

Paper armor is a thing…
Well the two certainly made an impression.
Wonder what Princess is shouting after them?
You can always get more paper, ostensibly. I mean, it technically does grow on trees.
Or.. in trees rather. As wood.
Consider the following: Wood is tree-bones. Grinding wood into tree-bone-dust and mashing that into sheets and enchanting it is pretty metal.
I imagine that an ent-wizard would use paper made from animal bones and bound in human leather, with writing in bood-ink, and think nothing of it.
You can’t make paper from animal bones. There isn’t fiber, just calcium. Just use vellum if there’s some reason to not use plant material.

I am seeing echoes of Eightfold in that paper dragon. Perhaps this is where she went after her sad and untimely extinction in Paranatural.
Eightfold got RRRRRipped
Apparently Eightfold was like a Haunter, Kadabra, or Graveler: in order to get her to evolve you must trade her between games…or webcomics!
It is glorious to see shout-outs between one’s favorite webcomics.
Oh hey, I read that comic 😀
This fool eagerly awaits when the small witch ascends to a more powerful color, skills are importance yes but one needs the raw power to make them effective in these lands of warlords and assassins.
Now, don’t drop this kickass dragon from an underground tunneling train.
omega eightfold ヽ( ͡°â•ÍœÊ–╮͡° )ノ
I like how all these demons have respect for Allison, raising their glasses for her since Vladok defeat.
Who wants to play Roc Paper Scissors?
you’re looking more laconically draconic this time around, eightfold
Here we hear the song of the origami giant bird: “WARK”
Poor little Luna, left behind.
He (or she?) is really quite adorable.
Plotting revenge.
Hahaha it really is Eightfold, awesome!

The world is like a poem, in that it rhymes.
It should be called ‘wielder of birds’. Aha!
I name tha, papercut!
So… They _actually_ left Princess Mamoru Moonshine Jagermeister Jack Jack Daniels Timothy Tim Bill Freddy Mercury Blueberry Luna, Esquire behind. =(
Clever alt text.
Yessssssss new page for my birthday!
Pretty birds.
This comic is fucking awesome holy shit.
the winged form has paper lungs?

“WARK!”
If you’re magic enough, you don’t need lungs.
