Damn I’ve been waiting to see Gog let loose with everything she has for ages. She wasn’t doing this in their first fight with Jagganoth, despite how crazy shit got she was still holding back. This is the Agog from the first turn of the wheel when she aaaalllmost won, and she’s had to make a whole lot of worm memory drives since then. like just in terms of sheer mass she’s incalcuably huge, she isn’t the puppets she makes out of worms she is -all the worms-
I’m a little surprised we are only talking in billions here. I mean, we could have used like…. Quintillion or six hundred sixty six sextillions or ….whatever 42 zeros would be.

Kind of miss Allison’s character before the ending of book 5, i liked when she was just an ordinary girl bumbling around in some cosmic battle way beyond her, but in the span of few pages she just flipped to this omega badass, now she just seems like she has been elevated to the same mythological status, just grinning at everything and going “nah, I’d win”, and intimidating even ancient beings like Gog-agog with her determination, just feels like the story is going full circle back to her really just being the super special chosen one, with now even this ability of just imposing her will on reality, I don’t know if this is a deliberate bait, and story will drop the other shoe soon, otherwise it just feels predictable, the human element has been lost to me, White Chain feels like the real protagonist at this point.
My thoughts on Allison’s humanity and status as a trope aside, Allison has always been set up for this. The power to change reality has been a slow progression for the entire comic. She has a Key of Kings, that’s their defining ability, and it’s been present since chapter 1. Allison has also always been the chosen one—the twist isn’t that she actually isn’t, but rather that she was chosen by accident and thus represents a real chance for something different. She is absolutely the chosen one, but only by blind luck. She IS ordinary. She’s just not a barista anymore.
She also spent a good chunk of every previous book growing more confident, more independent, and both physically and spiritually stronger. Her short training with Maya was preceded by a looong training with White Chain and Cio, ending with Allison getting a very significant powerup before the big battle on Rayuba.

so, not to question the math but a maggot is 0.22 grams on the heavy end.
10 billion of them would weigh 2.2billion grams or about 2.2 million kilos.
A great blue whale is 90,000 kilos on the low end so this is about 24 great blue whales in terms of straight mass.
I guess we could assume each of those maggot spears in panel 5 are about the size of a blue whale (there are 14 visible, so a little more than half the total summon)
Aren’t the gog-worms way bigger than the fly-larva maggots we’re most familiar with? As far as I recall I don’t think they’ve ever been depicted as any smaller than like, a peanut with its shell or about roughly the size of most of a person’s pinkie finger.
They’re definitely much heavier than a quarter of a gram, possibly straight-up reaching into the low double-digit gram weights. Those things are horrifyingly huge.
Also I’m pretty sure ten billion is just a short-hand number for “a lot” and not their actual count, as with each “person” having to be made up of several hundred of them Gog-agog would barely populate a single world. Even if we count each entire person as just one ‘worm’, ten billion is a massive low-ball of her mass.
I’m sure there’s way more individual worms than ten billion, and each one is way bigger than an earth-native fly maggot. That girl is hyuge and thicc beyond fathom.
