Notice how this demon still has only two arms, and her mask is not black, but blue. This is not Yabalchoath, but some twisted form of Miss Cio. For now, at least.

I posit that her mask is possibly breaking. Something repaired (as hers was) isn’t as strong as the original, not to mention all the recent stress (mental and physical) she’s been under, and we saw a similar reaction from Vladok when he was becoming unbound.
I hope we see Allison re-mask Cio as CIO, so she can leave Yab behind.
