I never got why we have numbers. I have never met another Scribe Lamenting.

I’m not completely surprised by how Juggernaut Star’s Cold White Flame is contained within their motorcycle rather than the humanoid shell. Not entirely sure how that works, since various bits of it seem to be scattered around, but still saw it coming. The fact that humanity seems to have rubbed off on them like it has with White Chain, though? I’m speculating like crazy and all of it seems wrong when I try to add things up.

Love the sass in Maya’s dialogue. Classy. I guess we missed the obvious clue too… A “Juggernaut” is a sacred chariot, typically one for crushing devotees under its wheels. And that last frame … wonderful twist after wonderful twist.

And again the more “feminine” form shows up when an angel feels weak and powerless… I wonder if this is on purpose?
Juggy is very powerful, but hiding this level of corruption is difficult.
Also, in the obvious trans metaphor, coming out of the closet is a time of great vulnerability.
