Indeed I wonder the same along the lines of:
1. Are those statues?
2. Are those the long-petrified bodies of ancient dead.. gods / primordial beings?
3. If you poke them the right way, can you wake them back up, perhaps?
4. Just how did those seven fellows and all their extra friends and servants get up there anyway? Skyships? Magus gates?
if you look at the skull in the bottom left, it seems to correspond to the one shown from Allison’s perspective earlier. I would suspect that it is indeed Allison.
You know what, that would make sense, considering Allison wanted to save her boyfriend. That want activated the Magus Key and brought her right to him (well, almost).
Or perhaps it is the comic itself that will topple the pillars of heaven. After all, without this chronicle, how would all the worlds learn of the details of this grand conflict?
Well. This certainly changes the meaning of some of the things the King has told Allison. I still find it rather difficult to believe she wasn’t meant to be the successor.
Now, the landscape.. that brings back some memories. We have definitely seen this before. I do wonder what this order of events leads to.
Maybe then in the previous panel where Zoss appears to tell Allison, in big red bold letters, to KILL SIX BILLION DEMONS, he is simply addressing her by her destined title, and not commanding her. Or maybe there’s some profound prophecy surrounding KILL(ING?) SIX BILLION DEMONS that nobody in this world quite understands, including Zoss or the demiurges, so we the audience are getting conflicting messages.
The former, almost certainly. ‘Twould surely be as fine a surname as Murder The Gods And Topple Their Thrones. And as we’ve yet to see Pree Allison’s surname in print, perhaps her birth certificate would show that her protagonist type is, in fact, titular.
While I’m here, I’d like to get your perspective. Is there some area of the wiki you’d like to see more development on? If it ever feels slow that’s probably me working on the technical end.
Id say yes,but in reality no, its all good… I just wish there was more content, but i guess the story is not there yet to give all the content i want to read
But for one thing it would be nice to get a hold of denominatives used
For instance what does it mean to be a Preem?
“Preem” and “Pree” are short for the word “Supreme”. Abbadon claims the diminutive “Pre” can be used as a term of endearment, but this term has yet to be used.
The god the Demiurges hold counsel upon seems much better preserved, and bigger, than the husks of dead gods in Throne. The figure in the foreground is most likely Allison, I suspect she’s in the white part of the Wheel, and it seems evident from the floating thrones that physics here are suggestions rather than rules, perhaps including that of entropy. It begs the question of whether a being of flesh can truly exist here, or merely astral project themselves. And it also begs the question of whether the mummified gods are the real corpses of the divine, who I thought all met their end in Throne, or if they are some sort of metaphor with substance.
Ah, mysteries. I suspect that with each passing week the list of what we do not know will only grow longer.
It could be that there’s simply no organisms capable of breaking down their divine corpses. Decay in mundane creatures happens because microorganisms (and some macroorganisms) feast upon its flesh. Like billions of tiny miners, chipping away at a mass until nothing remains. The whole point of mummification and embalming is to render a cadaver unable to support such decomposers, either through the removal of liquids or through treating with bacteria-killing chemicals.
So tell me, what bactaria could hope to stomach the flesh of a god?
So, the lady in stone said (consolidating across a few pages):
He is the successor.
The succccesss-sss kill six billion demons
Not sure how to make sense of that.
Also, doesn’t the divine corpse look like an aged/dried version of the dead dread sovereign? No mustache, but has the beard. And the headpiece looks pretty similar.
HAIL! LIFT YOUR VOICES IN PRAISE! HAIL UNTO THE CONQUERING KING RETURNED!
Allison is Alice is The Successor is KILL SIX BILLION DEMONS. She who is The Rightful King shall Murder the Usurpers of Heaven, and steal back what is rightfully hers.
To my everlasting sadness I have learned that no, in fact you can not have a dorf with the title “Kill Six Billion Demons” because there are no words for “six” or “billion” in the current dorf fortress dorf-dictionary.
Proper name! I like it. So we have a perhaps-human Mendicant Knight named Murder the Gods and Topple their Thrones, and now a successor to the throne named Kill Six Billion Demons. Maybe all human names have an ominous meaning? It’s certainly better than Nameless Boyfriend.
There’s not much doubt K6BD is the name of the successor (image alt title is Don’t Wear It Out), and that at least Meditating Mask and Crazy Eyed Bald Guy believe Allison’s BF to be the next King of Creation.
I wonder how that will sit with him.
I wonder where that leaves Allison.
Because right now, she’s the only one of them even remotely capable of killing ANYTHING.
Way I figure it so far, either they charged in feet-first and abducted the wrong person like a big dumb bunch of big dumb dummies, or we’ve all got it sideways and Mr. Boyfriend’s successor-name is “Six Billion Demons”, or I’m just plain wrong and talking out of my ass. Could fall any way at this point.
Shouldn’t Jagganoth be visible atop the dead king’s head? He was clearly shown to be about the same height, or taller, than the pagoda / hat thing on the dead god’s head (although in fact puny, it is now revealed, when compared to those ancient beings…
Now just who is THAT.
Indeed I wonder the same along the lines of:

IV: Mastery of spacetime.
1.Gods
2.Sleeping/Dreaming
3.Perhaps
4.Mastery over both Space and Time
All legitimate inquiries. Though in particular I was thinking of the naked fellow in the lower left corner.
I’m fairly sure that’s Allison.
if you look at the skull in the bottom left, it seems to correspond to the one shown from Allison’s perspective earlier. I would suspect that it is indeed Allison.
You know what, that would make sense, considering Allison wanted to save her boyfriend. That want activated the Magus Key and brought her right to him (well, almost).
Ah, so the twist. The title isn’t an imperative, it’s a proper noun.
Or perhaps it is the comic itself that will topple the pillars of heaven. After all, without this chronicle, how would all the worlds learn of the details of this grand conflict?
Roll Credits!
But seriously, that image is cool. If I ever need to show people this comic, I’ll start with this page.
Damn, you beat me to the joke I wanted to make.
Calling it right now, that’s Un-Hansa
An interesting theory. You have my support.
That “reciently” deceased “god” is the Demiurge Zoss.
I bet this mysterious being is an angel, though it could be something worse…
No, that’s got to be Allison. Naked, dark skin, and see the tiny white spot of the gate on the forehead?
Gorgeous page.
Well. This certainly changes the meaning of some of the things the King has told Allison. I still find it rather difficult to believe she wasn’t meant to be the successor.

Little Allison stands in the distance of enemies she must defeat! A new pantheon seated upon the corpse of the old!
Magnificent! How wonderfully magnificent! Aha!
Alrighty then. Print out some hardbacks already.
Take all of my money.

What was the little extra he slapped on?
Oh it’s there.
There’ll also be something up this weekend I expect but I can’t make promises.
Amongst other things there has been a great surge of knowledge flowing through the daemoniac (THE WIKIS FULL OF CONTENT SON)
Im getting pretty sure that abbadon is a serious dark souls fan
It seems the cosmos have been flowing with new knowledge these days (WIKI PAGES FULL OF CONTENT SON)
Pretty sure Abbadon is diehard dark souls fan

But in reality, he only plans to kill the six of us.
Looks like the poster who mentioned throne being a god was more right than we expected.
If Jagganoth is as powerful as the other six put , does this mean they have at some point formed an alliance of some kind?
is the ground allison is standing on the flesh of an even greater corpse

The Varitean Flesh-Eating Plague might be able to. Has anyone tested this?
One created for the sole purpose of doing so, by another god perhaps.
What is this doubled realm? A Throne between the physical and the void, where gods are barren, yet fleshed and uncrumbled?
Old age is inconvenient.

Also interesting to compare these faces to “demiurges at peak of power”

“Kill Six Billion Demons”… Is that a request, or a name?
HAIL! LIFT YOUR VOICES IN PRAISE! HAIL UNTO THE CONQUERING KING RETURNED!

How does this comic keep blowing my mind, every time?
