I interpreted her ability to move in David’s frozen time as her mimicking his Ki Rata technique.
I did not interpret this as her learning Ki Rata, but rather just pushing her shell so damn hard that it was able to move in Solomon’s frozen time.
The way Solomon moves his whole body is in motion and he seems at home, if burdened, in this state. White Chain looked like a badly used puppet.
