The Judicator towers are many within the district of Spires. From here, as tradition dictates, criminals may be held for up to a week before transport for a trial in a Hall of Law in Ashton, or for more severe cases, the Concordance of Angels just outside the city.
There are only twenty operable spires in the entire city, eleven of which are manned. Of the hundred and five Halls of Law, approximately seventy were destroyed during the Universal War. Most of the remaining structures are being squatted in by residents of Ashton, with the rest being used by various guilds as gambling dens, slave pens, warehouses, or headquarters. At least one is physically missing from the city, claimed by a rogue sorcerer as his House Apart, ripped into a pocket world.

Our LORD OF WYRD hath lain before us no less than six of six of ten of eight of thousand of fifty of ten thousand holy lines, the GEAS SCRIBE who has within compiled. Even more lay unaccounted hidden amongst the holy binding of the wyrdtree we consume. Such will the GEAS SCRIBE write and bind and know of this holy texts and teachings if only to spill until the worlds abundant the knowledge held within.
Immutable thus unchanging in manner or state. That would imply one would not die but thus also not live. Yet the evidence says otherwise.
Chaos and change are not the same yet some equate one with the other, much to their detriment.

And I notice that all 3 of these angels wear the same neck chain and pendant. What is it’s significance?
Hasn’t been explained in comic (or even on the tumblr, iirc) but I assume it’s a symbol of authority of some sort. Like a police badge.
