My prediction is that David and Jaggy are going to be stuck in the other dimension, and then David is going to get killed (fulfilling the predictions based on the cover art). Jagganoth will be trapped in the other dimension (temporarily) buying some time for the others. Allison and co. discover Jadis freed from her shell. As for what happens after that, of where WC is, I don’t know

I love reading all the comments! I never knew about any twitter poll ( I don’t use twitter ) and I’m sure many others never had the opportunity to vote.

Solomon David has to be at least 210cm tall, and in his title drawing (king of swords 1-9) we see him one arm lift a cube of stone above his head which is at least twice his height. Assuming earth gravity and that it’s Marble ( 2700 kilogram per cubic meter) that’s 200 Tonnes. At 10,000 times strength, that’s 2M tonnes as a low estimate.
Condensed into the area of his fists.. it’s no wonder his blows are igniting the atmosphere behind him.
consider that the cube is being pulled on an inclined ramp by just 10 strong guys. By the drawing, the angle is only 25° or so. Even assuming friction is negligible, they need to pull about 90 tons, 9 tons for each guy. It seems their task is impossible, unless each descendant of Solomon is also incredibly strong (on a superhuman level). But mixing lot of superman-like descendants with normal people would create a truckload of problems. Let’s just say all of it is fantasy and suspend belief 😉
Didn’t think Incubus would reveal theirself to Jagganoth. Expected them to run. Maybe now they will, and Cio and Allison have a chance to escape.

Odd pivot, but is anyone else wondering if Jagganoth might be The Successor Jadis foresaw? I think he actually fulfils most of the requirements of her prophecy (the only black mark being that he isn’t flanked by an angel and a devil).
KSBD’s always had a pretty big “No fate but what we make” theme , so perhaps what Zoss really wants Allison to do is end the age of tyrant god-emperors instead of becoming one herself.
