BREAKER OF INFINITIES 1-15
Chapter: 1
“Never assume because a bloke’s bigger than an ox’s arse that he ain’t gonna sneak up on you and make your head do a lovely little dance off his knuckles.”
-Mars Pallatrix, Belligerent Knight

You know what, Jadis has been the MVP so far. First she blocked that big arrow attack and now she is getting Mottom killed.
Truly, the most useful team member.
“Float like a butterfly sting like a bee – his hands can’t hit what his eyes can’t see.”
– Muhammed Ali and probably, at some point, Jagganoth
Suuden thought occured to me this morning, concerning the book cover. We have two seemingly omniscient coffin-imprisoned entities in the comic – Jadis and Himself. So… if they are somehow one? Himself being a sort of ridiculously hot-burning shade cast down by Jadis when she perceived the True Form – and that’s the shadow we see near her on the cover?
Yes, that’s just another weird hypothesis, but I couldn’t help sharing it. Hope it would amuse as it amused me.
I hate how much this makes sense. Now I’m hype.
I could totally get on board with that, or maybe Jadis got the ritual from Himself?
I love this possibility.
Mother has the mark of Rimmer
he’s a light, so turn him dimmer,
after death he’s still a sinner.
Mottom is having a personal oh-shit moment in the last two panels but she’ll be fine if she dodges. Jagganoth is lining up a head butt on Jadis, and then we’ll see Jadis out of her glass.
Few things are as scary as something so big moving this fast
The Jagganoth train has no brakes!
“Jagganoth” is obviously a variant of “Juggernaut”.
Jadis is just trying to enforce social distancing.
MISTAKE
Just want to point out , that Salami Dave , according to story , moved two stars to Rayuba and arranged orbits precisely to get neat day-night cycle. My guesstimate of amount of energy needed to do that is that is several orders of magnitude more than to turn whole planet Rayuba into quark-gluon plasma . And presumably all demiurges have keys of similar power and can release or command comparable amounts of energy.
So all that we saw to this point and even if they gonna split this planet in half – it still gonna be several germs in petri dish duking it out compared to what they supposedly can do , if their power enough (as said near beginning of King of Swords chapter) to move goddamn stars.
True, but it doesn’t say how long it took Dave to move these stars. It’s reasonable to say the amount of power one can expand over years (to move a star for example) is not the same as one can muster in a moment-to-moment battle, the same as a human can build a cabin in a week, but only move one log at a time. Also, their powers are aimed at destroying each other, not the ground they stand on. I think both of these parameters are important: their aim and the power to time ratio.
It’s true. The weapons you use to eliminate a tank are not the same sort as you’d use to level a building.
Not necessarily. He could have done it by moving Rayuba to orbit an existing binary star. That would require far less energy, even though still a considerable amount.
“SURPRISE, M*TH*RF*CK*R!!”
Always geek the Mage first.
Ah, yes. A fellow shadowrunner.
That codpiece… bothers me.

This page illustrates clearly the biggest advantage Jagganoth has in this fight.
It’s 1 vs 6 for all of them.
Two options: Either Solomon David explodes out of the ground to go nuclear on Jagganoth’s @ss, or Gog-Agog is finally going to showus what she can do.
It’s her turn, really.
I love how Mottom is running around waving her meat fork, like a grandma pulling a roast out of the oven. Happy holidays, K6ers!
Welp. Mottom always *did* want to get rid of her key.
Just, well. It’s gonna be leaving her the old fashioned way.
I am proud to admit that I started KSBD literally a week ago after hearing about it from a friend and am all caught up. This is one of the most fascinating worlds I’ve ever explored. Here’s hoping Book 6 is very lengthy indeed!
Really hope Gog-Agog lives up to the hype built around her. Abaddon has stated she could give Jagganoth a run for his money and all her threatening pronouncements didn’t really pay off in the last book.
Also still looking for the Boss Subtitles for the Demiurges hahaha.
More like Hole-omon David because boy, he’s really still hangin’ out in the Owned-Hole, huh?
Took me this long to realize that this universe has a rule 63 palpy.
Mars Pellatrix knows what’s what.
full grown Elephants can hide in an area of scrub smaller than a football field, so it’s no surprise that Jagganoth can stealth if he wants.
And Gog-A-Gog springs into action!
Running her ass off, but getting nowhere!
Sigh, kind of a metaphor for life as a demiurge, eh?
Pedal like crazy and end up right where you started.
And hey Mottom! Let’s see some of that “True Sorcery” you were bragging about a moment or two ago, before the senile dinosaur bumped you out of commission. C’mon, Mot! Unleash the badassery! Let’s see it! Anytime now…O get those lightning bolts a-cracklin’, baby!
Unless you’re about to have your head lopped off.
Is anyone else deeply concerned about Mammon whenever he shows up in the background being clearly non compos mentis for this? Can his bondage nuns please come out of that hathi howdah and have him go home? I know this is supposed to be a cathartic comic about finally getting rid of the gerontocracy Jagganoth beating up or killing Mammon on page is going to be really, really rough to watch 🙁
