Honestly, I think Jag is still alive, but it’ll put him out of commission or delay him for long enough that the main crew and other demi-urges get a break.
It was noted that Jag has been feeling the pain and impact of everything given to him but no injury beyond the sword inserted binding.
That binding is the main reason I suspect Jag is still alive. I feel like for Abbadon to bother leaving it there and having Alison note it’s presence, there must be a plan to bring it back into play in the future.
The thing to remember is Jaggy has done this innumerable times before and never ever lost. We have to ask, what are the odds Solomon has invented this move now for the very first time? And the answer is about zero. The only thing so far that’s “maybe” new to Jagganath is probably the rainbow shading that AliCioChain put on the binding, that seems like it helped Incubus’ attack leave a mark.
So of course that’s going to come back in some way, or else they’re not going to beat him.
1.Jagganoth himself said this is the first time he’s fought the other Demiurges himself: normally Zoss’ Heir defeats them, then Jaggy kills HIM.
2.No guarantees that the demiurges were the same ones in every itteration; they’re just the ones who managed to make it to the (temporary) end of the Universal War.
How exactly does pain work for an indestructible being? I mean, we register pain more or less proportional to damage for a given area, but that obviously isn’t the case for the Master of the Jaggahog. He feels pain from blows which don’t damage him. On the other hand, I’m sure he doesn’t feel pain from any blow – does the naked fist of an ordinary human cause him pain? Does the bite of a dung-beetle? An amoeba’s pseudopod? Those are all as meaningless to him as the Forbidden Techniques of Ki Rata, and yet I cannot believe they cause equal pain. Is the pain felt by the Chakravartin limitless?
To be fair, it was speculation by White Chain. She noted that he appeared to be invulnerable but still conserved his energy and avoided blows. So she figured the only reason for an invulnerable being, as powerful as him, to bother doing that would be if the blows actually caused him considerable pain that he didn’t wish to bear. Otherwise I guess he’d just take the hits and let them wear themselves out or expose themselves to counter-attack.
If I were guessing, I’d simply note that his invulnerability, apparently due to some pins from Metatron, are relatively new to him and either his practiced combat techniques and strategies are yet to fully incorporate invulnerability or he simply didn’t trust it complete (a possibly wise decision considering they managed to break through with the binding).
Well, it’s magic.
Seriously, though, if nothing could effect him in any way he could not see, hear, or feel. So if those sensory nerves function, maybe the pain nerves do also.
I just want to say that the last episodes have been absolutely incredible! Whatever happens to Jagganoth, Solomon David went out like the hero he always wanted to be. These are all just imaginary people and yet we’ve become so invested in them, their life and death. That’s incredible!
It seems more like a great big f*ing concern when you’re anywhere near it, but then the various names for ‘hitting something really hard’ are always a bit much.
I want to take this moment to award Solomon the “not as big of a jerk as you could have been” award. Were you a multidimensional tyrannical god king, yes, but compared to your peers you were ok. Definitely a bad dude, but not as ridiculously but evil as I was expecting.

“KI RATA … Blows using this technique are named by the number of points they contain – one point blows are strong enough to crack stone with a touch. Two point blows can decapitate a man with the air pressure created by flicking a finger. Legends about of old masters of Ki Rata using ten point blows to level cities but I find the claim highly dubious.”
77 is a lot more than 10, and this scaling doesn’t seem to be linear. I expect this death sphere shall be growing quite a bit larger than it currently is.
On the cover page of this book Mammon, Mottom, Solomon David and Jagganoth were all looking away. So far, two of these have died, one is about to die, so it would not surprise me at all if Jagganoth were also to die at this point. After all, he’s just a pawn in the game that Zoss and Metatron have been playing with the multiverse. Plus, it would be nice to finally learn a bit more about them and about Jadis.

Chakravartin Jagganoth, wheel turning king, red eyed heir, pankrator, world eater, bearer of the word blade, and destroyer of the seven-part world, rolls worst joint ever, asked to leave the wheel
Don’t worry guys, this time for sure.

Or simply he doesn’t remember ever losing…

If so, uh, that’s gotta hurt.

Looks familiar…

So this is where you’ve hiding Crowley. Don’t think you’re getting out of helping by hiding in another universe.
Just kiss already you two
The Sword Noticer is observant.
Is Sword a euphemism? I’m too innocent to know.
Makes me wonder if anything of the city will still be left to save once that thing goes off.

I think the future will be less about the damage done to Jagganoth, and more about the collateral damage that rips out the wheel’s hub.
…and ends up freeing
Himself.
Himself is bound by the metric ton of puresilver, right? or was he just staying there and still ruling, because he choose to?
He punch him so hard that he made a … black hole, I think?

Wait, Transmigration? Is Solomon Captain Ginyuing Jaggy?
Hope the ?&#ker is finally dead. There is only so long you can milk omnipotence before it drags the story down…
