Wielder of Names 6-123
Chapter: 6
Seeker of Thrones, the next book of Kill Six Billion Demons, will begin on Friday, October 14 2016.
It’s been a long and crazy ride! I expected I’d finish this book in a year, but it took a little longer. Thanks for reading!
Congrats!
I know they’re probably still somewhere in Spooky Demon Land, but until Friday, I’m gonna pretend that Allison landed the ship outside of her apartment/sorority house/whatever and Lauren’s outside hollering about how she’s “gonna get that piece of shit towed.”
All hail AL-YIS-UN the Rising King, with a smile she takes up the Blade of Want, and with a grin she rims her chariot wheels with iron. The Wheel should beware of the coming of our heroine now.
Perfect ending to book 2. Tha smile…
And thus the future Queen has made her first step towards Royalty.
“Execute them all
It’s like Game of Thrones
Except more gay
Which is pretty hard
Long Live The Queen”
-Ken Ashcorp, “Long Live The Queen”
Love the angry bull look Princess Mamoru’s got going.
The demon is feisty, is it not?
Hail the resurgent King!
And a wonderful journey it was. I can hardly wait for Book 3.
Will this be made into another physical book, as well as the first? I love this webcomic so much.
I was, in truth, under the impression that humans needed intact bones for movement. Did those vines all somehow not break through the bones of the limbs they pierced? Or has Alison merely transcended this limitation?
Of two points you are ignorant, o child of white flame. One, the cruelty of demiurges. Leave whole that which cannot feel pain. They suffuse all else with their wrath.
Two, an Art that can weave flesh into wood finds setting wounds simplicity itself.
I know little of the mending of wounds, true. But I think I once knew something of the cruelty of demiurges, perhaps.
…I am not sure whether I regret the forgetting, or not.
Royalty is a continuous cutting motion.
Ah, she’s not only been bloodied, but also blooded… and she’s accepted her role.
What a wonderful end! She’s gonna do just fine I think… Also I saw kill six billion in the bookstore and I almost jumped! I’d forgotten it was in print!
Second book print when?!
Congratulations, Felicitations, and Gratitude!
I think /someone’s/ in love
Unless all the demiurges are dysfunctional headcases who need nothing so much as a hug and a shoulder to cry on as a preexisting terminal condition runs it’s course, the next one may be significantly more difficult.
True. but! Most of them are screwed up and running on inertia and balance enough that a swift kick to the status quo from someone who can survive it goes a long way.
Looks like our little Allison has some big plans for the multiverse.
To be fair, she was blonde at the time.
That’s no longer a problem.
Thanks for pointing it out! I missed that. It looks like her hair color changed when eating the fruit of rejuvenation, and even though she grew older again her hair hasn’t gone back to blonde. Does the effect of the fruit take a little longer to dissipate for hair?
I’m just assuming her hair’s going to stay that way until she decides to dye it again, as it feels like the fruit caused her body to revert to a former state of being and, then, simply age at an accelerated rate until it returned to the normal age.
Without reverting the various things the de-aging removed.
Only four insults? From Cio, that would be a compliment even if the compliment itself was not present.
It’s practically a declaration of love from her.
Such is the power of the sovereign that not even the foliage can stay put when she expresses the smallest portion of her will.
FUCK YEAH! Thanks for all your hard work on this comic. It quickly went to the top of my favorites. Looking forward to more.
Que credits.
It is only when a person gains a taste for battle that one can begin to dread him or her.
