What a coincidence! I also love my cities to be randomly interspersed with statues of just, like, partial dudes. Just like, dude bodies, but only half of ’em, and just scatter ’em all over the place.
Even in Throne, a city’s development tracks the terrain. In the case of Throne, there are far fewer mountains and rivers to be worried about, but quite a few more corpses of the gods.
