KSBD 2-30
Hansa was one of the oldest of YISUN’s servants. His bones were old and weary and ground down from the dust of five hundred thousand worlds, and he lived in a black house made from iron nails with his daughter Prim. A cold had settled in his flesh from his conception and his temperament was sometimes quite brittle, yet he was a smooth talker, an excellent patkun player, a worldly smoker, owned several fine wooden tables and a carved bone tea pot; he was fond of his smoking pipe, his sword with a hilt of white ash, and his multiversal flame manipulator was well oiled, he was not fond of talk shows, politicians or smokeless fires. He had a peculiar belief that causal reality was a particularly harsh joke, and luck could shatter with a slight finger push. For this he was widely considered the wisest of YIS’ black sons.
Lord Hansa is never pictured without his smoking pipe, his legs must always be crossed or he must be reclining in his old age, he has 3 arms and only one head. His skin must always be blue. His third arm often holds his black lacquer sword sheath. He rules the elderly, the reticent and doubting. His number is 33.
Casual or causal?
What did you want to tell me, can you explain it a little more?
Truly the divine suicide is the most wondrous of paradoxes; the bounds of the wisdom of Lord Hansa are beyond my ken. I must return to my studies.
They’re going to Hell? does that mean they’ll meet a certain demon soon?
You will recall they are on their way to Hell 71 to seek Preem Nand, whose knowledge of the Art is renowned even in the Domain of Kings.
Is there meaning in how the white face sheds no tears? Yisun’s white children seem to be shunned by him; perhaps their transgressions began with this one facet of Yisun’s divine facade?
YISUN is infinite. A facet is a flat plane. An infinity of facets is perfectly smooth sphere that you can feel the roughness of.
To gaze upon even a representation of YISUN is to be reminded of the majesty of the First Division. It is only those who are without the knowledge of YISUN’s glory who can look upon such a thing and not be in awe.
Okay, the speech given by Nietzsche in the last comic now has a bit more context to it.
And I really do hope something of that scene makes its way into this version. There was something indescribably awesome about it.
So it proceeds.
Curious that there are only 777,777 universes.
Such a paltry division to be cast for infinity.
But it begs the question of what a universe entails.
SHUT UP NERD
The wisdom in this reply goes in appreciated. Truly this is YISUN’s favorite retort.
Sweet mother of ravaged sphincters. This page is gorgeous.
The depiction of the primordial YISUN reminds me a great deal of the depictions of the Hindu “deity”, Vishvarupa, in which a single god reveals their Ultimate Cosmic Form.
Amazing work!
Thanks! The idea of the Vishvarupa and Vishnu in general is the principal inspiration for YISUN actually.
Question for the author:
Am I right in reading inspiration from Fichte in your work, or is it just a coincidence?
Honestly now, YISUN, having that many Stands is just cheating.
Reality is joke, huh?
I can subscribe to that.
I wish I could find that un-comic-dialogued picture of GOD that’s Fantastic.
“God split himself into myriad parts, that He might have friends.”
Lazarus Long
Oh, I know this one. What do you do with infinite stories to tell and no to tell them to? Well, my stories might not be infinite, but I tell them to myself
That last line on this page would fit wonderfully into antient Aegyptian cosmology/theology.

Does this mean that the desire to reach paradise and unite with the glory of God is God’s nascent regret, or that the desire to do so is born from deep ignorance of what such a state would entail?
You are, without a doubt, my favorite author. Every time I read one of your articles, you always surprise me with something new. Great efforts!
The story gives me a lot of heart-pounding details, but I like it.
