For those of you interested, here is a quick inventory of some of the warriors who have showed up so far and will continue to show up in the comic. This isn’t all of them (click for a larger size!)
Are these the ones that didn’t get paper-cut into tiny pieces?
It would be rather difficult to continue pursuit as a small pile of bloody chunks, so it seems safe to assume that like myself, the others are merely inconvenienced, rather than maimed or dead.
I do hope that more among our number care to make themselves heard. Suffering Kierinsaval’s company is rather tiring, and attempting to actually converse with him is even worse.
Perhaps, most esteemed Geas Knight, one might benefit from adding additional pages to their book? They would find that new chapters add depth and meaning to their story instead of repeating the same lines on and again.
Though, who am I to say? For I do not benefit from the free and loose nature of a book, or any other inanimate object for that matter. Instead I must content myself with writing them and improving them. Ah. Such is my fate.
I am quite glad that I decided to stay out of this battle, but it should be a pleasure watching each fighter fall – no offence, but I doubt any could stand against the likes of Murder The Gods And Topple Their Thrones.
I do hope you manage to win your head back though, dear INGSVLD, assuming it is indeed yours. Come see me, should you fail; I may be able to sell you a spare.
Most esteemed Abbadon, First Speaker and Prophet of YISUN. I beseech thee to accuracy. For I find myself unidentified amongst the great collection that now rages midst the bones of god. Though truly, I do agree that my absence is technically correct, for I am no warrior or hunter but a mere speaker, I find it remiss that my involvement remain unnoticed and unrecorded. It is truly unfortunate that one such as you would fail to include even the smallest details, such as myself, for your great work calls for no less endeavor.
Yet, it is entirely understandable that you would neglect to include me. For I am small and easily missed, save for my great voice and sense of presence. Indeed, such things are my greatest assets. But enough about me!
I will help you identify that which you have missed, with but a simple description of myself and my abilities, and all my accouterments. For a middle length man of reasonable height, bearing a quill made from the feather of a Roc is difficult to find. Particularly as his dress maintains only the deepest teal, much like the clear waters of the ocean. A-midst that vast storm of violence I would be unseen, for the vast waves of red would engulf my uniform and dye it a ghastly sheen of scarlet. I can only hope that you grant this many armed and sedici eyed creature the honor of visualization. My maxilla drool with sweet anticipation, dear Creator and Prophet of YISUN.
